Scope of Work
The Town requires construction of a 30’ x 6’ vinyl seawall at 24th Street Sound Access and a set of steps leading into Bogue Sound. All wood shall be marine grade lumber and all hardware must be #316 Stainless Steel. Attached professional engineered site plan and detailed notes further outlines the required specifications.
Inspection of the property is highly encouraged.
