Precision air conditioner: working principle and composition

In recent years, with the continuous updating of air conditioning technology, a precision air conditioner used in the computer room environment has also been continuously developed and updated. Precision air conditioners are mainly composed of four parts: compressor, condenser, expansion valve and evaporator.


The working principle of air conditioner:


1. The compressor compresses the refrigerant gas that has absorbed heat energy after passing through the evaporator into a high-pressure gas, and then sends it to the condenser of the outdoor unit


2. The condenser releases the heat energy of the high-temperature and high-pressure gas to the surrounding air through the fan, so that the high-temperature and high-pressure gas refrigerant is recondensed into liquid, and then sent to the expansion valve


3. The expansion valve cools the liquid refrigerant sent from the condenser pipe into a mixture of liquid and gas refrigerant, and then sends it to the evaporator circuit


4. The evaporator re-evaporates the mixed refrigerant of liquid and gas into gaseous refrigerant by absorbing the heat in the environment of the machine room, and then sends it back to the compressor, repeating the previous process.
