Construction of Inclusion Complexes of α, β, and γ-Cyclodextrins with Bipyridine Through the Binding Ability and Assembly Behavior of Beta-Cyclodextrin with 2,2'-bipyridine and 4,4'-bipyridine Linear pseudopolyrotaxane with polymetallic centers, supramolecular assembly of gold nanoparticles regulated by thiol-modified cyclodextrin pseudopolyrotaxane, and supramolecular assembly of cyclodextrin-modified hyaluronic acid (HACD) and cisplatin adamantane (HAP), supramolecular assemblies with gas sensing function, cyclodextrin-terminated polyrotaxanes and their assembly behaviors, etc. The supramolecular assemblies of natural cyclodextrins and the molecular assemblies of cyclodextrin derivatives are described respectively. Molecular assembly of bicyclodextrin and Qiaolian.

This live broadcast, with pictures and texts, gave us a new understanding of how to construct functional nano-supramolecular assemblies and how to control the assembly process. The study of supramolecular assembly methods, microstructures and macroscopic properties not only has guiding significance for the design and assembly of nano-supramolecular systems, but also helps to expand the application of cyclodextrin supramolecular assemblies in interdisciplinary fields.
