Laser not cutting through on right side of bed

21 Nov.,2023

I figured this was a classic sign of mirror misalignment and went through aligning all my mirrors again, especially #2 since it's a left to right issue, but the problem is still persistent (spots on mirror #3 for aligning mirror #2 shown below). The 2 spots pretty much overlap...

I cleaned under the bed to make sure there weren't any cutoffs throwing off bed level. I also checked the x-gantry level relative to the bed, and it was good (both a rough level check and used the 73mm autofocus card to check the distance of the laser head from the bed). I think my mirror alignment and bed level are fine, so what else should I check? Thank you in advance.

Another side issue: the PS24 has pass through doors but the top height of the door is too low (only 1mm) compared to the height that the object needs to be from the laser head. This means that I can't actually slide material through the doors...? I've used another PS24 where I never noticed any issues with sliding material through, but this one just physically doesn't let me. Is there something dumb I'm missing?

I have a PS24, just ~3 weeks old. I've just noticed that cuts on the right side of the bed aren't going all the way through, getting progressively worse the farther right the shape is. Even if I autofocus at the spot where I'm cutting, the cut doesn't go through. At the farthest right side, I need to decrease speed ~7-10% to go all the way through 1-4" plywood, and it only goes through with a lot of charring. Cutting on the top vs bottom of the bed is fine.I figured this was a classic sign of mirror misalignment and went through aligning all my mirrors again, especially #2 since it's a left to right issue, but the problem is still persistent (spots on mirror #3 for aligning mirror #2 shown below).
