product description

Membrane disc diffuser

Diffusers are developed specifically for releasing 1~3mm fine bubbles into water. Different materials were selected for their ability to withstand the effects of chemical and bio chemical agents, and 0~100℃ water temperature. The diffuser can be placed in an evenly distributed grid system at the bottom of an entire aeration tank. Air can then easily pass through the orifice and integrated non-return valve into water. The purpose of Bubble Diffuser is to dissolve oxygen into wastewater so that the microorganisms can utilize it while they break down organic material.

Air diffusers selection is critical to optimizing aeration in a lake, waste water treatment plant or pond. Let us assist you with matching the best available diffuser technology to the aeration application and to the air pressure provided by the compressor.

Connection
Whole Aeration system included the aerator(bubble diffuser) gas distribution pipes, tees, crosses, elbows, regulators, connectors, cleaning devices and other components. Usually gas distribution pipelines is the usual circular arrangement, diffuser quantity is according to the air capacity and ponds size. The diffuser and gas distribution pipelines using G3 / 4 threaded connection, the base is inner thread (fixed in the pipeline), diffuser is externally threaded.
Installation
1.fix the regulator in the down of the ponds via expansion bolts
2.Install the gas pipeline into the regulator by using hoop, then adjust
3.To prevent the aeration equipment, should install the system after building works finished, then pour water into ponds.
4.To avoid leak between the pipeline and connection parts, should test the system by water in advance(water should be 10cm exceed the diffuser),then ventilate the system.

By considering the pressure balance, the best way of air pipe design is to connect all the pipes into a ring network. Inlet pipe valves for membrane disc diffuser should be set up each to conveniently adjust the volume of air. Air pipe designed velocity: main for 10-15 m/s; branch for 5 m/s. Installation height between surface of membrane disc diffuser and bottom of the ditch: 270 mm, 250 mm; the push plate type for 200 mm.

High aeration effectiveness

The aeration process involves bringing together water and oxygen for oxidation and dissolutions of metals and dissolution of gases. With our fine bubble disc diffuser and fine bubble tube diffuser, it makes the process more effective.

High oxygen transfer efficiency (OTE)

Fine bubble diffusers generally work to treat water waste through OTE. However, with our products, it helps for a more enhanced process considering its specifications.

Energy efficient

Fine bubble diffusers have long been introduced opposite the coarse diffusers. One of the feature of our product is its energy saving mechanism.

That is, it needs lesser energy for it to work. In effect, you will benefit from energy conservation.

System versatility

We have fine bubble diffusers that suit to different water waste management systems. These diffusers are manufactured to ensure that it can adapt to different kinds of systems and basins that it yet to be made or are already existing.

Thus, if you are replacing or upgrading, you can be catered.

Material efficiency

Our diffusers are made from various material from ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM rubber), which conventional material. We also have fEPDM that has high chemical resistance.

Some are also of polytetrafluoroethylene or (PTFE) to reduce fouling.
