From a medical perspective, nano silver is a significantly more refined product than what is traditionally called colloidal silver.
Colloidal silver particles are hundreds of times larger than nano particles, so large in fact that they can be seen in the colloidal solution. Nano particules, by contrast, are so small as to be invisible, forming a perfect solution. This means that nano silver offers a totally uniform liquid without the potential for clustering.

A more recent article from 2018 showed silver’s efficacy in disabling the energy centre of cancel cells as a means of inducing cell-death. ” The findings reported herein give further insight into the selective targeting of silver(I) phosphines and support our belief that this complex shows great promise as an effective chemotherapeutic drug. “
Some studies offered evidence that silver does harm viral compounds (ref) however the conventional medical establishment remains sceptical, as any quick search of Google will confirm.

EU legislation requires that Nano Silver be labelled as ‘for topical use only’.
THe biggest concern people have is usually argyria, which is a bluish discolouration of the skin resulting from ingestion of large quantities of silver.

What are the side effects of colloidal silver?
