3,Product knowledge: Based on the traditional production of magnesia-alumina-carbon bricks, two major improvements have been made.one is to change the traditional binder into an environmental protection type alcohol-based binder,the second is to change the traditional baking temperature from 200℃±20 to 300℃±10,this improvement has the following advantages over traditional products.1:with the change of binder,the product has become an environmentally protection product which is basically non-toxic and harmless.In the process of masonry oven drying,the product has greatly improved the working environment, and users have a good evaluation of it.2:with the increase of baking temperature,the density, porosity and strength of products are superior to those of traditional products, thus improving the use effect of products.users are very satisfied with these two improvements.

4,Product application: ladle, electric furnace, torpedo car, converter, etc.

1) The product has strong resistance to molten steel penetration. During the use of the product, the expansion caused by spinel penetration reaction between alumina and magnesia can form a dense refractory lining, which effectively prevents the liquid steel from penetrating into the interior of the brick from the joint between the lining bricks, so as to improve the service life

2) Excellent slag corrosion resistance. In addition to graphite, spinel formed in the process of use can absorb FeO in slag to form solid solution, while Al2O3 reacts with CaO in slag to form CaO-Al2O3 compound with high melting point, which blocks some pores, improves melting point and increases viscosity, thus effectively realizing the purpose of anti penetration and slag corrosion.

3) High mechanical strength, low graphite content in products, generally in 6% - 12%, therefore, high alumina content of alumina magnesia carbon brick has high density (≥ 3.05 g / cm3), low porosity (≤ 3.5%), high strength (≥ 60) MPa
