After drying,magnesium sulfite and magnesium sulfate are roasted in the regeneration process to decompose them,resulting in magnesium oxide and the precipitation of sulfur dioxide.The roasting temperature has a significant impact on the properties of magnesium oxide,and the suitable roasting temperature for magnesium oxide regeneration is 660-870℃.

 

          After drying,magnesium sulfite and magnesium sulfate are roasted in the regeneration process to decompose them,resulting in magnesium oxide and the precipitation of sulfur dioxide.The roasting temperature has a significant impact on the properties of magnesium oxide,and the suitable roasting temperature for magnesium oxide regeneration is 660-870℃.When the temperature exceeds 1200℃,magnesium oxide will be sintered and cannot be used as a desulfurizer anymore.The concentration of sulfur dioxide in the exhaust of the roasting furnace is 10-16%.After dust removal,it can be used to manufacture sulfuric acid,and the regenerated magnesium oxide is recycled for desulfurization.

           1.The flue gas system refers to a system that processes flue gas,including a pre dust collector,bypass,flue gas heating device,and chimney.In this system,the flue gas is treated with dust removal and cooling to adjust the flue gas from the boiler to suitable reaction conditions.At the same time,in case of equipment failure or abnormal system operation,the flue gas can pass through the bypass to ensure the normal operation of the entire power plant system.The purpose of flue gas heating is to reduce the moisture content of the flue gas and facilitate the rapid diffusion of the flue gas discharged from the chimney.

            2.If the particle size of externally purchased magnesium oxide in the slurry preparation system meets the desulfurization requirements and does not require crushing,it can directly enter the digestion device to produce a slurry with a concentration of 15-25%,and then be pumped to the absorption tower through slurry transportation to complete the desulfurization purpose.

             3.The absorption tower of the SO2 absorption system is the main site for SO2 absorption,and the material is mostly ordinary steel structure with an additional anti-corrosion layer.The bottom of the tower is a slurry tank,the middle of the tower is a spray layer,and the top is a defogger.The slurry is continuously circulated in the tower,and when the slurry concentration reaches a certain level,it is discharged into the slurry treatment system through the slurry output pump.

              4.The slurry from the absorption tower in the slurry treatment system mainly consists of magnesium sulfite and magnesium sulfate solution.When regeneration of magnesium oxide is required,the solution should be purified first,then concentrated and dried.The dried magnesium sulfite should be calcined and regenerated into magnesium oxide and sulfur dioxide in the presence of carbon at 850℃.The calcined magnesium oxide is then returned to the absorption system,Collect high-purity sulfur dioxide gas and send it to the sulfuric acid plant to produce sulfuric acid.
