Vertical packaging machines (VFFS) are widely used in daily life and are suitable for packaging various types of powders, granules, tablets and other items. Compared with other type packaging machines, the most distinctive feature of the vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is that the supply barrel of the packaged materials is set inside the bag making machine, and the bag making and filling of materials are carried out in the vertical direction from top to bottom. The VFFS is mainly composed of measuring device, transmission system, horizontal and vertical sealing devices, former, filling tube and film pulling and feeding mechanism.

The newly designed VFFS has a bright appearance, a more reasonable structure and more advanced technology. The working principle of the VFFS is that the roll film placed on the supporting device is wound around the guide roller group and the tensioning device. The color mark points on the film are accurately tracked by photoelectric detection. After being rolled into the former to form a cylindrical film, wrapped on the surface of the filling tube. The vertical heat sealing mechanism seals the interface of the cylindrical film to form a sealed tube. The film pulling device pulls the cylindrical film to the horizontal sealing mechanism, and the metering device fills the material with a preset weight into the packaging bag through the filling tube. The horizontal sealing mechanism then seals and cuts the packaging bag to form a packaging bag unit and at the same time forms the bottom seal of the next tube bag.
