What paper stock do you use for labels and stickers?

We offer several types of paper stock for labels and stickers, each with their own distinct characteristics and practical applications.

White BOPP Label

White BOPP label is a gloss laminated white polypropylene self-adhesive label. This paper stock is perfect for products that are usually exposed to water, oil, moisture or refrigeration. The material has a subtle pearly white finish and is tear-proof, waterproof, and resistant to oil. Unfortunately, it’s not ideal for writing on.

  • Temperature range that label can withstand: -65° to 200° F
  • Minimum Application Temp: 30° F
  • Face stock thickness: 2.6 mil.

Clear BOPP Label

For a transparent, “no label” look, you should use our Clear BOPP Label paper stock. It is made with gloss laminated clear polypropylene that is ideal for products exposed to water, oil, moisture or refrigeration. White ink may be applied underneath all areas for a solid opaque color. Similarly, this label is not ideal for writing on.

  • Temperature range that label can withstand: -65° to 200° F
  • Minimum Application Temp: 30° F
  • Face stock thickness: 2.0 mil.

White Vinyl (Outdoor/Indoor)

White Vinyl is our thickest and most durable sticker material highly recommended for products that require outdoor exposure. It’s made of UV-resistant gloss laminated vinyl self-adhesive label. It’s not ideal for writing on though, so consider that when choosing this material.

  • Temperature range that label can withstand: -65° to 200° F
  • Minimum Application Temp: 30° F
  • Face stock thickness: 3.4 mil.

White Vellum Textured Estate #8

This paper stock is an uncoated warm white adhesive paper with a tactile paper feel. It is the popular choice for wine bottle and product labels. If uncoated, it can be written on, suitable for handwritten mailing labels. An optional matte UV coating adds scratch and moisture resistance to the label.

  • Temperature range that label can withstand: -65° to 140° F
  • Minimum Application Temp: 0° F
  • Face stock thickness: 60 lb.

White Premium Sticker Paper

This paper stock is our most popular paper label choice. It’s made of smooth, semi-gloss, pressure-sensitive adhesive paper. It’s suitable fo general indoor applications. Add our optional lamination for oil and water resistance.

  • Minimum Application Temp: 30° F
  • Face stock thickness: 60 lb.

Silver BOPP Label

If you want to make any color of your label design metallic, then this paper stock is the right choice. It is made with polypropylene self-adhesive label with a silver metallic look. It is suitable for products exposed to water, oil, moisture, or refrigeration. It comes with gloss or matte protective lamination.

  • Temperature range that label can withstand: -65° to 200° F

  • Face stock thickness – 2.0 mil.

White Laid Textured Estate #4

This paper stock is made with uncoated white adhesive paper with a subtle linear texture. It’s great for wine bottles and product labels. It’s also suitable for handwritten mailing labels if uncoated. Optional matte UV coating is also available for scratch and moisture resistance.

  • Minimum Application Temp: 0° F
  • Face stock thickness: 60 lb.

Cream Laid Textured Estate #9

Another popular choice for wine bottle and product labels. This paper stock is also made with uncoated adhesive paper with a subtle linear texture, this time cream-colored. Optional matte UV coating can make your label scratch and moisture-resistant. It can be written on if uncoated.

All of our temperature permanent adhesive sticks to almost any surface. For hassle-free application, apply onto clean, dry surface at room temperature.
